Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA Certified Health Assistant to join our nursing team. As a CNA Certified Health Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will ensure our residents receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the delivery of care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
- Perform various non-medical tasks, such as positioning, transferring, and moving residents
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with medication management, including administering medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
