We are seeking CNAs, caregivers, home health aides, and hospice aides to join our team as Care Professionals , serving clients throughout the Kansas City metro on both the Kansas and Missouri sides . Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home while working with a locally owned team that values you.

Schedule & Availability

We are looking for caregivers who can work 6–12-hour shifts . Availability for at least three days per week is preferred , but applicants with more limited availability are encouraged to apply. Consistent availability and the ability to work every weekend are especially valuable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and compliance with RNS safety policies
• Reliable, insured vehicle
• Cell phone with internet and texting capabilities, plus daily access to RNS email
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Ability to perform the essential duties of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Dependability, patience, and strong communication skills
• Ability to follow care plans, respect client routines, and work professionally with families

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care according to the client’s care plan
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities
• Provide companionship, engagement, and safety oversight
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention as directed
• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation as assigned
• Provide medication reminders according to the care plan
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition or behavior
• Complete accurate, timely care documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the RNS team
• Follow RNS policies, including confidentiality, standards of conduct, and dress code
• Maintain current CPR certification and TB screening, or complete within 90 days of hire
• Arrive on time for assigned shifts and follow RNS call-off procedures
