Job Summary
We seek a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening shift team. As an RN/LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care, collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and educate patients and families on disease management and prevention. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and disease management
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and document patient progress
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and services
- Educate patients and families on disease management, prevention, and self-care techniques
- Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team, including changes in condition or medication needs
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Current CPR certification
