Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service, ensuring each resident receives the highest level of care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement physical therapy programs to improve mobility, strength, and overall function
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Educate residents and families on treatment plans and progress
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies
Qualifications
- Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
