As a State Tested Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
About the Role
- Assist patients with daily living activities , such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, under the supervision of licensed nurses
- Provide emotional support and companionship to our patients, promoting a positive and uplifting environment
- Participate in patient care , including vital sign checks, medication assistance, and ambulation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records , ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, incontinence care, and mobility assistance
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, including reading, playing games, and engaging in conversations
- Participate in patient care, including vital sign checks, medication assistance, and ambulation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including charting and reporting
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
