Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center is looking for an experienced and compassionate LPN 2nd Shift Supervisor to join our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and support nursing staff and CNAs during 2nd shift
- Ensure quality resident care and compliance with care plans
- Assist with assessments, admissions, and daily nursing operations
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the nursing team
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary departments
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Assist with documentation, incident follow-up, and clinical oversight
QUALIFICATIONS
Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN license required
- Current CPR certification
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
