As a Business Office Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day functions of our Business Office, working closely with residents, families, facility leadership, insurance providers, and government agencies to ensure accurate and efficient business office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Business Office operations
• Work closely with residents and families regarding financial matters
• Maintain accurate resident financial records and documentation
• Assist with billing and accounts receivable processes
• Work with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
• Communicate with insurance companies and government agencies as needed
• Ensure Business Office policies and procedures are consistently followed
• Collaborate with facility leadership and other departments
• Maintain organized and accurate records
• Assist with additional Business Office responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For

2–3 years of Business Office experience in Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care preferred

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, staff, insurance providers, and outside agencies
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, and other computer applications
• Ability to implement and consistently follow established policies and procedures
