Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Conduct vital signs, wound care, and other treatments as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and concerns
