Receptionist, Front End position includes the following but is not limited to:
Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, route calls, and take messages appropriately
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Verify insurance coverage; collect co-pays and patient payments
Maintain and update accurate patient records and demographic data
Handle patient inquiries, medical records, and related paperwork
Manage incoming/outgoing faxes, mail, and office correspondence
Coordinate with dialysis centers, hospitals, labs, and referring providers
