Job Summary
At Onyx Care of Ruston, we take pride in providing exceptional post-acute rehabilitation services to our patients. As a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN) working our night shift, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients with a focus on their unique recovery journey
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the nurse supervisor
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN) with a valid license
- 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
