Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with a variety of medical conditions and needs
- Administer medications, perform vital signs, and monitor patient conditions as required
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and ambulating patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
- 0 years of experience as an LPN (new graduates welcome to apply)
Certification
- Current LPN licensure in the State of Louisiana

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically able to lift and transfer patients as needed
