One Step Forward's center in Forked River is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), part time, for weekday after school hours.

What You'll Do as Our BCBA
- Write and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and reassessments and set measurable goals
- Provide protocol modification and day to day clinical supervision
- Train and support the ABA Therapists / Behavior Technicians on your cases
- Use session data to drive treatment decisions and program updates
- Lead parent and caregiver training
- Coordinate with families and the treatment team
- Keep clinical documentation accurate and on time
- Ensure services meet clinical and payer requirements
What You'll Bring
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Current New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Experience supervising ABA Therapists / Behavior Technicians
- Strong clinical judgment and clear communication
- A collaborative approach with families, therapists and the clinical team
- Dependability and a consistent schedule
