Location: Nightingale at Crossett, Crossett, AR
Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift
Position Summary
Nightingale at Crossett is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on the day shift . The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support residents' health and well-being, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document resident condition and responses to care
- Assist with assessments and report changes in resident status
- Coordinate resident care with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
- Provide compassionate care and support to residents and families
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Arkansas
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
