We are seeking a strong, results-driven Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department, inspire our clinical team, and champion the highest standards of resident care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all nursing operations, ensuring exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor clinical quality indicators, identify trends, and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
- Oversee nursing staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain appropriate coverage and quality care.
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing leadership and staff while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compassion.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes and operational effectiveness.
- Maintain survey readiness and oversee clinical documentation standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum three years of nursing supervisory or Director of Nursing experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to develop and motivate nursing teams.
- Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local long-term care regulations.
- Commitment to clinical excellence, quality improvement, and resident-centered care.
