Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Brookside Healthcare and Rehabilitation center is seeking an experience and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing to join our Leadership team at our 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing operations and clinical oversight
Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff
- Ensure quality resident care and compliance with the state and federal regulations
- Monitor clinical documentation, staffing, and infection control practices
- Promote teamwork, staff development, and excellent resident outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN License.
- Nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
