Job Summary
Meadowbrook Care Center in Cincinnati, OH, is now hiring dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate team. As a Full-time or Part-time Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care in a supportive and professional environment where nurses thrive. Our state-of-the-art facility is committed to delivering exceptional care, and we are seeking talented professionals like you to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with each resident’s plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and accurate documentation.
- Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in daily clinical tasks.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of changes.
- Promote a safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care environment.
Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- Active and unencumbered RN license in the State of Ohio .
- Current CPR certification.
Skills and Attributes
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and state/federal long-term care regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Organized, dependable, and resident-focused.
