Base Wage Range: $33 - $38/hr + Qualifying Shift & Mileage Differentials!
Additional Pay Opportunities
- Night Shift Differential: +$2.25/hr
Mileage Differential
- +$2.00/hr for employees living 25–49 miles from the center
- +$3.00/hr for employees living 50+ miles from the center
Mileage differential applies to qualifying floor staff based on eligibility requirements.

- Days: 6AM – 6PM
- Nights: 6PM – 6AM
Job Summary
Livingston Health and Rehabilitation Center is currently taking applications for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The ideal candidate will be a kind and compassionate clinician.
Essential Functions
- Supervises nursing care to residents
- Complies with state and Federal Regulations
- Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team
- Maintains standards of professional nursing practice
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Required: Current licensure in the state of employment.
- Demonstrates knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
