$20.00–$25.00/hour based on experience + additional differentials
12-Hour Shifts:
Days: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM | Nights: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
Earn More With
+$3.00/hour Night Shift Differential
- +$2.00/hour Mileage Differential for eligible employees living 25–49 miles from the center
- +$3.00/hour Mileage Differential for eligible employees living 50+ miles from the center

What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
- Help with mobility, transfers, positioning, and other care needs
- Take and document vital signs and resident information
- Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Follow individualized care plans
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
- Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
What We’re Looking For
- Current CNA certification
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and transfers
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
