Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to nursing home residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments

Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify and address resident needs and concerns

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Participate in orientation and training of new staff members

Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment through active participation and teamwork

Requirements

Evening Shift Registered Nurse with active RN license

Current certifications in CPR and medication administration
