Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and mobility assistance

Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs and goals

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless coordination of care

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including documenting medications, treatments, and test results

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in care delivery

Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
