As a Pediatric Dentist with Kids Dental Brands, you will specialize in providing comprehensive dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs. Position Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis and treatment of dental conditions in children and adolescents
• Perform routine and complex pediatric dental procedures with a focus on patient safety, comfort, and quality outcomes
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s unique needs
• Educate children and families on preventive dental care and lifelong oral health habits
• Create a positive, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every patient
• Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry and incorporate evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with clinical teams and specialists to provide comprehensive patient care
• Participate in community outreach initiatives that promote children’s oral health and wellness

Position Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Valid dental license or eligibility for licensure in Virginia
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Dentistry
• Moderate Sedation Certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and creating positive patient experiences
• Ability to work effectively with children, families, and a collaborative healthcare team
