Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning support.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.

Qualifications

• Current Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification, where applicable.
• CNA certification or other applicable credentials may also be considered.
• Previous experience working with seniors or in home care is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and professional.
• Ability to work independently while following established care plans.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes.
• Ability to meet applicable background screening and employment requirements.

Salary

• Job Types: Full-time & Part-time
• Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
