About the Role
As a Day RN , you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your primary duties will include:
- Assessing and developing individualized care plans for each resident
- Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Conducting wound care, tracheostomy care, and other specialized treatments
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Providing emotional support and education to residents and their families
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents on a daily basis
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Effectively communicate with residents, families, and caregivers to ensure informed decision-making
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including progress notes and medication administration records
