Our DAY 7a-7p LPN will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care , including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing wound care.
- Assist with daily living activities , such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Accompany and assist residents with appointments and outings .
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans.
Requirements
- Current LPN License with the state of Florida.
- High school diploma or equivalent .
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical demands of the position.
