Homeside Rehab is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for home care opportunities in Newburgh, NY 12550.
This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking for flexible scheduling, one-on-one patient care, and the ability to add home care cases to their current schedule.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled speech-language therapy in the patient’s home
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide treatment based on the patient’s speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as appropriate
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate with patients, caregivers, office staff, and other members of the clinical team
Requirements
- Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation for home visits
- Home health, outpatient, or SNF experience preferred
