Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA) – 12-Hour Shifts
Location: Middleton & Danvers, MA
Home Helpers Home Care of Burlington, MA, is hiring dependable and compassionate Caregivers and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for client assignments in the Middleton and Danvers area.
We are looking for caring professionals who are comfortable providing companionship, personal care, supervision, and transportation to help clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
Schedule & Location
- Location: Middleton and Danvers, MA
- Schedule: Thursday–Saturday
- Hours: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
- Shift Length: 12-hour shifts, with potential 24-hour coverage opportunities depending on client needs
- Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care, supervision, and companionship.
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs), as needed.
- Drive clients to medical appointments, errands, and social outings using your own vehicle.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the agency care team.
- Follow individual care plans and agency guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid driver's license required.
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid auto insurance required.
- Must be willing and comfortable transporting clients in your own vehicle.
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
- Dependable, patient, responsible, and compassionate.
- Must be available for scheduled 12-hour shifts.
- Must meet agency onboarding and background check requirements.
Additional Scheduling Information
If coverage is no longer needed for the originally assigned client, caregivers may be offered another client assignment based on availability and agency needs.
