Your Role
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents' health, reporting changes to the RN or physician
- Foster a compassionate and respectful atmosphere for residents and their families
- Document care accurately and maintain compliance with regulations
What You Bring
- Current LPN license in the state of Ohio
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and commitment to resident-centered care
