Dental Assistant (DA & RDA)

Looking for more than just your next job?

We're hiring a Dental Assistant who wants to become part of a long-term team in a modern, privately owned dental practice. Whether you're just beginning your career or have years of experience, we're looking for someone who enjoys helping patients, values teamwork, and wants to grow with a practice that's just getting started.

Unlike busy offices where you're expected to "hit the ground running," our new practice offers the opportunity to learn our systems, build confidence, and develop lasting relationships with both patients and coworkers.

What You'll Do

• Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment
• Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit
• Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
• Take digital X-rays (as permitted by certification)
• Keep operatories organized, stocked, and ready for patient care
• Educate patients on post-operative instructions and oral hygiene
• Support the team in creating an exceptional patient experience

Who We're Looking For

We welcome both experienced Dental Assistants and motivated individuals who are eager to learn.

• Friendly and dependable
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Excited to grow professionally as the practice expands
• Committed to delivering excellent patient care every day

What We Offer

• Full-time position
• Competitive hourly pay: $20–$25 per hour , based on experience
• Medical benefits
• Dental benefits
• Retirement plan
• Opportunities for training and professional development
• Supportive leadership invested in your long-term success

Why Join Us?

We're a family-owned dental organization that believes great practices are built by great people. Our offices are designed for long-term growth - not high-pressure volume - and we value team members who want a stable workplace where they can develop their skills and build a lasting career.

If you're searching for a practice where you'll be appreciated, supported, and given room to grow, we'd love to meet you.
