Join Our Team! We’re seeking an organized, dependable Staffing Coordinator to manage nursing schedules and help ensure consistent coverage for quality resident care.
What You’ll Do
- Create and maintain schedules for nurses and nursing assistants.
- Coordinate coverage for call-outs, vacations and leaves of absence.
- Track attendance, time-off requests and schedule changes.
- Partner with Human Resources and the Director of Nursing on staffing needs and training schedules.
- Communicate clearly with staff while balancing employee needs and facility coverage.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
- Knowledge of AHCA regulations.
- Excellent organization, communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to adapt quickly to changing staffing needs.
