What you'll do
- Provide one-on-one nursing care to a patient in their home during a 12-hour shift
- Administer medications and treatments per the plan of care
- Monitor and document the patient's condition and progress
- Report changes to the RN case manager
- Follow infection control standards, HIPAA and agency protocols
What you need
- Active Florida LPN license or compact license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Level 2 background screening (we'll help you complete it)
- Reliable transportation
