As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Evercare of Granite City, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment. Our team is dedicated to delivering compassionate and personalized care to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Monitor resident vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
- Assist with feeding, bathing, and movement of residents
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Illinois
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
