What We Offer
- Compensation of $180,000-300,000+ based off % of production/collections - uncapped earning potential
- Full Time 4 days/week: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and e/o Monday
- Clinical Autonomy to diagnose and treat patients

Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active VA dental license
- Min 2+ years of experience
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and professional ethics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
