Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, located in Berkeley Township, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team. Our 235-bed facility provides long-term skilled nursing care and short-term post-acute rehabilitation services to patients from area hospitals.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations on assigned units
- Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel
- Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care
- Assess resident conditions, monitor changes, and coordinate appropriate clinical interventions
- Oversee medication administration, treatments, and nursing procedures to ensure compliance with established standards
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey RN license required
- Valid CPR certification
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience required
- Previous nursing supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to make sound clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
