Job Summary
Registered Nurse, Clinic. Job Details
- Required Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice; Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school of nursing; Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA); at least one year of related experience in a clinic or acute hospital nursing setting; knowledge of nursing processes, healthcare systems, community resources, nursing practice guidelines, and clinical policies; effective communication, sound judgment, composure in emergency situations, critical thinking, professionalism, and a positive patient-centered attitude.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing; maternal-fetal medicine experience.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include obtaining patient histories and consent, assessing vital signs and health risks, providing care according to established standards and regulations, administering prescribed treatments and medications, documenting patient information and responses, educating patients and families, consulting with healthcare providers and community resources, participating in multidisciplinary care teams, and monitoring quality assurance and chronic care management data.
