Job Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with a minimum of 40 hours per week; every other weekend and holidays required on a rotating basis.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN); at least 1 year of experience; acute hospital case management experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Travel experience preferred; Certified Case Manager (CCM) or ACM certification preferred but not required.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
• Provides case management services in an acute hospital setting.
• May float within hospital units according to operational needs.
