Receptionist

Concordia at SpiriTrust is seeking a friendly, professional, and compassionate Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and team members. The Receptionist provides front desk and telephone/switchboard coverage while delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring efficient communication throughout the community.

Current Opening: We are looking for a part time, 4p-7p Receptionist.

Qualifications for a Receptionist:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous receptionist and/or switchboard experience preferred

Key Responsibilities for a Receptionist:

Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously to the appropriate department or individual

Operate the telephone switchboard and paging system as needed

Communicate with the Maintenance Department via walkie-talkie or cell phone to relay requests and service needs

Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff

Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, copying, and maintaining records

Sort, organize, and deliver resident mail
