Key Responsibilities

• Assist with medication management, wound care, and health monitoring.
• Use AI systems to assist in completing clear and accurate notes during visits.
• Focus on patient interaction and quality of care by reducing administrative burden.

Education and/or Experience

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
• Work Experience: Minimum 1 year as an LVN (6 months home care preferred).
• Active and unencumbered Licensed Vocational/Practical nurse license in state(s) of employment required.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

• California Licensed Vocational Nurse required upon hire; Infusion and Venipuncture Certification required; National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required upon request.

Physical Demands and Work Environment: The demands of this role necessitate a team member to effectively perform essential functions. Adaptations can be made to accommodate team members with disabilities. Regular standing, walking, and manual dexterity are fundamental, along with the ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. Visual acuity requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. In a healthcare setting, exposure to bodily fluids, infectious diseases, and conditions typical to the field is expected. Routine use of standard medical equipment and tools associated with clinical care is essential. Pay Range: $33.05- $40.82
