As a Pediatric Dental Assistant at Children’s Dental Health in Bensalem, you’ll help make every child’s visit a positive, comfortable experience. Responsibilities

• Assist dentists chairside: passing instruments, suctioning, and preparing and placing materials
• Take digital radiographs• Help kids feel calm and comfortable, especially first-timers and nervous patients
• Communicate with parents and caregivers about visits and home care
• Prepare and turn over treatment rooms according to our protocols
• Clean, package, and sterilize instruments following OSHA and infection-control standards• Keep accurate clinical notes for every visit• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Dental Assisting certificate preferred• Basic knowledge of hygiene and restorative• Dental office experience preferred• X-ray certification required• CPR certification• Bi-lingual preferred
