Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA

Charlestown Place at New Albany is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for skilled nursing in New Albany, IN at $18.00–$20.00/hour plus credit for experience and a shift differential on designated shifts. Full-time, part-time, and PRN are available. Same-day interviews are available when possible.

• Weekday shifts or Friday–Sunday
• Day shift, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM (12 hours), full-time and part-time

About the Role

As a CNA in our Skilled Nursing community, you’ll give residents daily hands-on care and support. You’ll work closely with nurses and families to keep residents comfortable, safe, and well cared for, and your work will make a meaningful difference every day.

What You’ll Do

• Provide daily direct care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
• Help with activities of daily living, monitor residents’ health, and document care
• Offer emotional support and companionship
• Work closely with residents, families, and nursing staff to make sure residents are comfortable, safe, and cared for
• Communicate clearly, pay close attention to detail, and respond effectively to emergencies

What You’ll Need

• Active CNA certification (required)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1 year of related experience preferred
