Join Charleston Oncology as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner working closely with a dedicated hematologist/oncologist to provide comprehensive care to patients with cancer and hematologic conditions. Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient hematology/oncology care.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage cancer and blood disorders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Manage EMR workload and patient in-baskets within EPIC .
• Deliver compassionate care with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and quality outcomes .

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) .
• Willingness to work collaboratively with all members of the care team, including MAs, nurses, and other APPs.
• Comfort caring for both inpatient and outpatient populations .
• Proficiency in EMR workload management and patient in-baskets.
• Flexibility to practice at multiple Charleston-area locations .
• Proven history of prioritizing patient satisfaction .

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of hematology/oncology experience ( 5+ years preferred ).
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR .
