As a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with CareMaster Medical Services, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional in-home medical and attendant care to patients in the Griffin, GA area. Responsibilities
- Provide care activities for patients as directed in their care plans
- Utilize Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and Electronic Clinical Documentation to streamline your workflow
- Use your smartphone for easy documentation
- Deliver high-quality patient care with a focus on timely, professional, and courteous service.
Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum one year of experience as a nurse (preferred)
- Current CPR certification card
- Annual PPD report
- Proof of Citizenship (Social Security Card, for example)
- Passing Medication Proficiency Exam
- Completion of CareMaster Registry requirements
