We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals on a PRN basis. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients, families, and communities. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the physician or nurse manager
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Maintain current knowledge of nursing practices, policies, and procedures
