Licensed Practical Nurse - Morning Shift LPN
Located at: 10 Hart Pl, Carbondale, PA 18407
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and document patient status, including vital signs, medications, and treatment plans
- Assist with wound care, tube feedings, and other medical procedures as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- 0 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (New grads are welcome to apply!)
