About the job
The Dental Office Associate provides clinical and clerical office support activities for the Clinic; performs patient care and administrative duties necessary to deliver quality patient care.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED
- Graduate from an accredited Dental Assistant Program Licensed by New York State Department of Education
- At least two (2) years of experience as a Dental Assistant
- Previous experience in and knowledge of clinic operations, patient registration/scheduling
- General knowledge of computer / data entry skills, Dentrix, Epic Wisdom, Eagle HIS System, Dexis, E-Cashiering, Maps Communication, knowledge of eligibility and Eagle registration.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
