Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing assistance to clients in their homes, including vital signs monitoring, medication management, and mobility assistance
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

- Current CNA certification in the state of Louisiana
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more, as needed
