Job Summary:
At BrightCare HomeCare, we are dedicated to providing high-quality home care services to individuals in need. As a Bilingual Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients in Mandeville, LA, and surrounding areas. As a Bilingual Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personalized care services to clients who require assistance with daily living activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and gentle care to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Assist clients with meal preparation, feeding, and medication management as needed
- Support clients with mobility issues, including transferring, walking, and using assistive devices
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care services and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing professional development

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
