Brazos Home Care is growing in the Navasota and Brenham areas, and we need seasoned caregivers who are ready to hit the ground running!!
What you'll be doing
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities
- Supporting clients with mobility, meal prep, and light housekeeping
- Offering companionship and maintaining client dignity at every visit
- Keeping the care team informed of any changes in client condition
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience (CNA/HHA certification a plus)
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation - you'll need it out here
- Someone who works well independently and takes initiative
- A steady, trustworthy presence that clients and families can count on
