Job Summary
Serves as the front office contact person and Receptionist; assists with clerical and business needs of Facility; responsible for answering phone, greeting visitors from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; must communicate courteously and respectfully with Residents, families, Employees and others
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalency; prefer previous experience in secretarial position; must have excellent telephone etiquette, verbal communication skills; must be able to multi-task with minimal supervision; must have basic computer skills
