As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our team, you will:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, adhering to our mission to redefining the meaning of patient-centered care
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and assess residents' physical and emotional well-being, reporting concerns and making recommendations for improvement
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
