Responsibilities

• Greet patients, families, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence
• Manage and maintain a high level of organization in the reception area, including filing, scanning, and data entry
• Provide administrative support to various departments, as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
